The Mai Tai Table is a piece that was created from Driftwood, Western Red Cedar, and Aspen. I started this piece just prior to Hurricane Ian and I was unsure as to when or if I would be able to complete it. Most people would call this a coffee table, but I feel it would be better suited beachside with Mai Tai glasses and ocean breezes. The Table has 3 features that include the nose of a Shortboard, a rounded diamond tail with a dual fin setup, and a complete miniature Gun Surfboard. I included this piece in the "Art Piece" section of the Darkfeather site, because it is as much a piece of art as it is a table.
